Responsible play reminders
Live tables run continuously, so it is easy to keep playing. Set a time and ringgit limit before you start. The platform provides a session timer and deposit limit tools in the account settings. You can also self-exclude for a chosen period if you need a break. These tools are available directly from the live dealer lobby menu without contacting customer support.
The site blocks access for players under 18 years of age as required by law.
How to join a live table
First, log into your account and open the live casino section. A grid of tables appears with thumbnail previews. Click any table to open the video stream and see the current round in progress. You must have sufficient ringgit balance to cover your minimum bet. Once seated, the system automatically places you in the next hand or spin if you place a bet before the betting window closes.
Weekly slot tournaments rank players by total bet amount for prize pool shares.
What live dealer tables are
Live dealer tables stream a real human dealer from a studio to your screen. The platform uses multiple camera angles so you see the cards dealt or the roulette wheel spin in real time. Players place bets through an on-screen interface while the dealer handles the physical equipment. This format provides a closer experience to a land-based casino than standard digital table games.
Live dealer games use multiple camera angles to show the table and dealer clearly.
Depositing with Malaysian payment methods
You can fund your account using Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, or DuitNow. Bank transfers via online banking are also accepted. All deposits convert to ringgit balance immediately in the account. E-wallet deposits typically process within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer. The platform does not charge extra fees for deposits, though your bank may apply its own charges.
The cashier accepts deposits from RM10 for e-wallets and RM20 for bank transfers.
Games available in the lobby
The site offers several live dealer variations. The main options include live blackjack, live roulette, and live baccarat. Each table shows the current betting limits and number of active seats before you join. Some tables cater to lower ringgit stakes, while others suit higher limits. You can browse the lobby by game type or by betting range to find a table that fits your budget.
Sportsbook accumulators allow up to 12 selections with boosted odds on each leg.
Technical requirements for streaming
A stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps is recommended for smooth video. The platform works on desktop browsers and mobile browsers without needing a dedicated app. Older devices or slow connections may experience buffering. The site recommends closing other bandwidth-heavy apps while playing live dealer tables to maintain a clear stream.
A dedicated Bahasa Malaysia support line operates from nine in the morning until midnight.
Language and dealer interaction
The live chat feature lets you send messages to the dealer during the game. Dealers generally respond in English or basic Bahasa Malaysia. The interface itself can be switched between English and Malay. You do not need to speak directly to play. All betting actions are taken through the on-screen buttons. Chat is optional and mainly used for simple greetings or questions about game rules.
The site's mobile version loads all features without needing a separate app download.
Betting limits and ringgit amounts
Betting limits vary per table. Minimum bets often start from RM10 on standard blackjack and roulette tables. Baccarat tables sometimes have a lower minimum of RM5 on certain seats. Maximum bets can reach several hundred ringgit per round depending on the game. The platform displays the exact min and max in the table information panel before you join.
The cashier processes deposits via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, and bank transfer without fees.
